The number 9 in Pussylover9 and Area 9 in Texas are allusions to the movie that has earned the moniker, the worst movie ever made, Ed Wood’s Plan 9 from Outer Space. The plot of the movie is that aliens raise the dead as zombies to kill off mankind because, in the future, the human race will discover an element that will destroy the universe. The movie has two vampire connections. It was the last performance of Bela Ligosi, the iconic Count Dracula, and included the character Vampira. I don’t believe that AB is about to introduce space aliens to the show, but the Plan 9 plot could relate to The Authority or be used to explain why vampires were created. (There have been a couple of comments about aliens that could be foreshadowing. They are brought up by the woman who only drinks Mountain Dew, and they are one of the entities Jason prays to in his minisode.) The biopic Ed Wood is about the making of Plan 9. Wood got financing for Plan 9 from group of Baptist churches who believed that he would make a film based on the twelve apostles with their profits. They were responsible for changing the name of the film to Plan 9 from Outer Space from Grave Robbers from Outer Space. In the Bible, the number nine represents finality and judgement. I’m not sure how, but this relates to Theordore Newlin’s ministry and how it was taken over by a group of nature worshiping pagans who turned the Fellowship of the Son into Fellowship of the Sun.
Pussy Lover 9′s address at Shemale.com recalls the use of the term ‘shemale’ in Ed Wood where it is used to describe Christine Jorgensen, the first publicized individual to have sex reassignment surgery. Wood made a fictionalized biopic based on her life called Glen or Glenda, an early call for tolerance for the transgendered. Wood himself was a cross dresser and played the titular character in drag.
I think Newlin’s wife, Yvette, was a transgendered member of Hallow’s coven of werewitches who infiltrated FOTS the same way Yvetta is doing at Fangtasia. If Yvette was pussylover9, she would have been in charge Hallow’s V operation before she was killed. In a 1.02/2.02 parallel, “First Taste” is the episode that announces Yvette’s death, and 2.02 the one that introduces pussylover9. I wonder if her death was only staged, and she is really Hallow, the mastermind behind FOTS who continues to run it from behind the scenes. 1.02 Yvette Newlin is introduced with her televised obituatry 2.02 Lafayette introduces pussylover9@shemale.com alluding to the transgendered V dealing werewitch Yvette.
Vampira in Plan 9 from Outer Space
Vampira holds her hands the way Maryann does when she chases Sookie in her wedding dress with her claws out. Speaking of Maryann, the photo of Vampira recalls another of Maryann’s forays into the woods. Here is Maryann preparing to menace Sookie for the first time in ‘Scratches.’
Digressing from the topic, here is Bill preparing to menace Olivia. Was his intent the same as Maryann’s, to kill?
Now back to Ed Wood. His next movie was Bride of Bill Bride of the Monster.
Now this is Bride of Bill.
According to Wikipedia:
Dr. Eric Vornoff, is experimenting with nuclear power in a primitive laboratory in his mansion with the help of his assistant, Lobo. His goal is to create an army of atomic supermen to take over the world. Newspaper reporter Janet Lawton starts investigating, as do the local police. Meanwhile, an Eastern-bloc agent or spy named Professor Strowksi appears and tries to persuade Dr. Vornoff to return to their homeland. In the end, Lobo betrays Vornoff and Vornoff becomes a monster and is then blown up in an atomic explosion.
Could the power hungry Dr. Vernoff with his assistant lobo be RE with his wolves? We’ve got an eastern European connection in TB and what looks to be an explosion at the end of the season. The octopus in this movie is lengendary for its fakery. If AB is using this movie as a source for TB, I predict that an octopus will play a starring role in the episode at the aquarium. There is also a myth about a flubbed line in this movie “as harmless as kitchen.” Obviously the wording should be kitten. Admittedly this is convoluted, but the name ‘Kitch Maynard’ could be riffing on this line. He looks to me very much like Edward, the Twilight vampire who is as harmless as a kitten, and Kit would make much more sense as a nickname than Kitch. Again with the Wikipedia, “Rudolph Grey’s book Nightmare of Ecstasy: The Life and Art of Edward D. Wood Jr. contains anecdotes regarding the making of this film. Grey notes that participants in the original events sometimes contradict one another, but he relates each person’s information for posterity.” This reminds me very much of all the contradicting stories that have been put out about various aspects of TB.

Revolution No. 9
I’m also wondering if the number 9 relates to the Beatles’ Revolution No. 9, which has all sorts of associatations that could tie in to TB. –The number 9 is randomly scattered throughout the work, like TB –It’s a musical collage in the same sense that TB is a literary and dramatic collage based on dozens of other works –It’s a call for a political or social revolution –The circular, revolving theme is same as TB with all the wheels within wheels spinning away –”Turn me on, dead man,” can be heard when played backwards. –Serial killer Charles Manson read all kinds of symbolic meaning into it (And I know what you are thinking, but I am NOT a serial killer.) –It’s featured heavily in the ‘Paul is Dead’ myth. This could conceivably come into play with Yvette, Royce, or René returning from the grave. *Wood also produced and directed Jail Bait, originally called, The Hidden Face because a central character undergoes plastic surgery to elude the police only to discover that his new face is that of another murderer, one that he killed.
